Utilities Telecom Council CEO dies

The $7 million-revenue Utilities Telecom Council announced Nov. 17 that CEO Connie Durcsak has died. She was 50. UTC has not released details surrounding Durcsak's death, saying her family has requested privacy. The group has appointed CFO Steve Vick interim CEO. Durcsak joined UTC in 2011. She had previously been senior director of industry services at PCIA—The Wireless Infrastructure Association, where she worked for more than 10 years.
